We are happy to announce the launch of mobile app named “myWorldLink” for customer self-service. The Android version is available on Google Play store. The Apple IOS version and few more features are under development. We welcome your feedback and suggestions.
Using this app, you can manage most aspects of customer care without having to call us. Please note that, YOU MUST KNOW THE MOBILE NUMBER REGISTERED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT USERNAME. The app authenticates using this mobile number.
Your cell phone must be connected to Internet through WiFi, 3g or 2G in order to use this App.
These are some features which you can use:
- Change password
- View account details, current status, validity, expiration date, and remaining volume
- View charges, payments and pending dues
- Temporarily extend (add volume or validity) to expired accounts
- View contact details associated with the account
- Check Internet usage
- View bandwidth graphs (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly)
- Real-time notification of our network status
- Open and view status of trouble tickets
- Manage multiple accounts associated with the same mobile number.
