Google Now Let`s you to Download Your Google Search History Archive

Google is always tracking us, filing away every search term for future data crunching. You can ignore it if you want, or you can embrace it and download your entire search history right now.
The search giant recently rolled out the option to download your history, after first testing the same feature last year. Grabbing your search history is as simple as logging in and clicking the “Create Archive” button. Google will then send you an email with a link that will point you to one or several folders, depending on how big your archive is.
Google notes that you shouldn’t download your search history onto a public computer, which seems like pretty good advice. Otherwise the only thing holding you back is the embarrassment you may feel after reading through everything you’ve Googled over the years. I know I’ve searched for some dumb stuff in the past, and I’d rather not relive it.
If that’s not something you’re worried about go ahead and download your search history now. Aft…

OxygenOS is Here

Just over a year ago, a small group of people realized that the smartphone industry needed a new perspective. What started as an idea began to take shape when we officially announced the creation of OnePlus: a new way of thinking about consumer technology and the crucial role that a passionate community plays in starting a movement.

In our first year, we focused on hardware; many of our founding members are passionate product people who have spent decades in the industry. We combined that experience with the feedback we heard from users and together, we built the One. The incredible support from our community gave us faith that we were on the right track and changing things for the better.

Now, it’s time to take the next step. By creating our own operating system, we can quickly respond to user feedback and make it easier for you to continue playing a fundamental role in the future of OnePlus. Our goal for OxygenOS is to provide faster, more meaningful updates and a bett…

Facebook now lets you choose what happens to your account after you die

Facebook is an online social networking service headquartered in Menlo Park, California. Its website was launched on February 4, 2004, by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates.

Facebook has introduced a new feature Yesterday that allows users to select a legacy contact, who will be able to manage their account after they pass away. Once Facebook has been notified of a user passing away, the social network will 'memorialize' the account and enable access to the legacy contact who can manage the profile.

Once everything is configured, this contact will be able to announce a memorial service (or share a personal message) on the top of the Timeline, respond to new friend requests, update profile and cover photos, and even download an archive of photos, posts and profile information that person shared on Facebook. Note that personal messages will be off limits and the legacy contact is unable to log in as the deceased.
The legacy contacts feature is current…
